Return Eligibility Timeline:
• 0-7 Days: Returns initiated within 7 days of receiving your package are eligible for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition with all tags attached, and the original packing slip must be included.
• 8-14 Days: Items returned between 8-14 days of receipt are only eligible for store credit or exchange.
Exchange Policy:
• Finality of Exchange: Once an item has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a refund or a second exchange.
Final Sale Items:
• Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless you selected the Re:do Protection at checkout.
• Re:do Protection: If Re:do Protection was added, you may return final sale items within 7 days of receiving them, provided they are in new condition with all tags attached. This allows a single return or exchange for final sale items.
Return Process:
1. Visit the Miss Finch NYC Return Portal to initiate your return.
2. For returns without Re:do Protection, you are responsible for postage costs. A discounted shipping label is available in the Return Portal for eligible returns, exchanges, or store credits at rates lower than standard USPS prices.
3. Please drop off your return package within 2-3 days of receiving your label. Returns delayed beyond this window may require manual processing.
Packaging Guidelines:
• Items should be neatly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Improperly packaged items may be ineligible for return or refund.
Additional Terms:
• For issues like lost packages, contact us via website chat or email, and please contact your local UPS/USPS.
• We ship to the address provided at the time of order. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately.
• Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
• Restocking fee up to 5% or $5 per item may apply to larger orders being refunded 100%. If any items are kept no restocking fee will apply. If all items are returned it may or may not apply. This can be discussed with our team anytime. We offer free shipping and take a 2.9% loss on credit card returns, costing us up to 10% in losses on returned orders.
